How it works

Photo and brief
Send a photo of the building and what you need. We visit to measure and check the by-law and landlord rules.
Drawing and price
You get a scaled drawing on a photo of your building, with a fixed price and a schedule.
Permit and build
We file the sign permit and build the sign in our Scarborough shop while it's approved.
Install and switch on
Our own crew installs it, connects it and sets the timer. We're a call away if it ever needs service.

The Brothers Markle started with hand-formed letters and painted signs, and a belief that a sign should last as long as the building it sits on. Today the shop on Pharmacy Avenue designs, builds and installs eleven kinds of signs, and the crew that builds your sign is the crew that puts it up.
