Custom neon and LED neon signs, made in Toronto

Glowing logos, words and artwork for restaurants, bars, shops and offices. Traditional glass neon or modern LED neon, made from your artwork and mounted the way your space needs.

Neon that fits the space

We start with where the sign will live: the wall or window, how far away people will see it, and what else is lit nearby. That sets the size, the line thickness and whether glass or LED neon is the better choice.

You get a drawing at actual size on a photo of your space before we make anything, so you can see exactly how it will look.

Made to last

LED neon is our default for busy venues and windows because it is tough and cheap to run. Glass neon is the choice for statement pieces where the classic glow matters. Either way, signs come with a low-voltage power supply, a switch or dimmer, and mounting hardware.

Questions

Neon & LED neon: common questions

What is the difference between real neon and LED neon?
Traditional neon is a glass tube, bent by hand and filled with gas. It has a depth and colour that is hard to imitate. LED neon uses a flexible light strip in a diffusing sleeve: it is tougher, lighter and uses less power. We make both and will recommend one based on where the sign will hang.
Can you make a neon sign from my logo?
Usually. Neon is a line medium, so logos work best when they can be drawn as continuous strokes. If a mark is too detailed or filled-in, we will show you how we would adapt it before anything is made.
Can neon signs be used outdoors?
Yes, with the right housing and weatherproofing. Outdoor neon needs to be designed as outdoor work from the start rather than adapted afterwards.
How do I hang a neon sign?
Most signs are mounted on a clear acrylic backer, either fixed to the wall on stand-offs or hung from ceiling cables in a window. We include the hardware and can install it for you.
