Wayfinding signage that gets people where they are going
Directional, identification and regulatory signs designed as one system for hospitals, campuses, office buildings, parking garages and condos. Planned around how people actually move through your site.

Start with the routes, not the signs
Good wayfinding begins with a walk through the site. We note every point where someone has to make a decision (an entrance, a corridor junction, an elevator lobby) and work out what they need to know there. The sign family and the location schedule come from that walk.
One family, built to change
Every sign shares the same typeface, colours, arrows and mounting heights, so visitors learn the system in seconds. Inserts can be changed when rooms or tenants change, and we keep the files so new signs always match the old ones.
Where it works
Common uses for wayfinding signage
Hospitals and clinics
Clear routes to departments, elevators and exits for people who are often stressed and unfamiliar with the building.
Campuses and schools
Building identification, campus maps and directional signs between buildings.
Offices
Suite signs, directories, amenity and parking signs that stay consistent across floors.
How it works
From photo to installed, with one team.
Photo and brief
Send a photo and what you need. We measure and check the by-law and landlord rules.
Drawing and price
A scaled drawing on a photo of your building, with a fixed price and schedule.
Permit and build
We file the permit and fabricate in our Scarborough shop.
Install
Our own crew installs, connects and tests it.
Pricing
What affects the price
Every sign is made to measure, so we quote each one. These are the things that move the number most.
- Number of sign types in the family and the total count
- Tactile and Braille requirements
- Interior or exterior, and the materials chosen
- Whether a site survey and sign plan are needed first
