Architectural signage · Buildings & developments
Architectural signage that belongs to the building
Building names, monument signs, entrance features, lobby walls and suite signs, designed to match the materials of the building. We work from the architect's drawings and coordinate with the site team.

Designed with the building, not after it
The best architectural signs look like they were always meant to be there. We start from the architect's drawings and material palette, then propose sign types, sizes and finishes that fit the building's lines.
A partner for developers and property managers
On larger projects we produce a full sign schedule (every sign, its location, size and message) and shop drawings for approval, and we coordinate installation dates with the site team. When the building needs more signs years later, we still have the drawings.
Where it works

Lobbies and amenity spaces
Feature walls, directories and suite signs that match the interior design.

How it works
From photo to installed, with one team.
Photo and brief
Send a photo and what you need. We measure and check the by-law and landlord rules.
Drawing and price
A scaled drawing on a photo of your building, with a fixed price and schedule.
Permit and build
We file the permit and fabricate in our Scarborough shop.
Install
Our own crew installs, connects and tests it.
Pricing
What affects the price
Every sign is made to measure, so we quote each one. These are the things that move the number most.
- Scope of the package (how many sign types and locations)
- Materials and finishes specified by the design team
- Integrated lighting
- Site access and coordination with other trades
